Al-Hamad Advocates & Legal Consultants Firm was established in 2008 and having its head office
in Sharjah. Since it was established, our firm provides a leading performance in the legal
services such as legal consultants and maintenance of rights through a group of elite lawyers,
legal consultants and highly qualified administrators with scientific degrees and best practical
expertise together with specialist in law of all its subsections applicable in UAE.
Al-Hamad Law Firm maintains the renaissance of UAE and the amendment of the legal system and litigation structure in the state to match such renaissance which
allows the clients refer and process their cases by coefficient personnel in the firm.
We have, in Al-Hamad Law Firm, a legal library full of legal and jurisdiction references in addition to references for the previous judicial cases, litigations, laws, federal and local resolutions imposed inside UAE with a computer system available for the saving and restoring data as our firm has a huge electronic library containing all the legal programs and include all local and federal laws, decisions, decrees published in the official federal journal as well as those published in Abu Dhabi and Dubai official journals in UAE which make it easier for the study, investigation and research within laws and compare them to the proposes grounds to achieve the desired judgment confidently and safely.
Mr. Hamad Al-Qawadi
He is the owner of Al-Hamad Advocates and Legal Consultants Firm, a Legal Researcher since 2000 and started working at law in 2005. He has the Diploma of the Private Law and Criminal Science, as well as the Master’s Degree in Cairo University. He has learnt under the supervision of the best law professors such as Dr. Mahmoud Nageeb Hosny, Dr. Fathy Sorour, Dr. Ma’moun Salama and other professors of law masters. He was assigned for many civil, commercial and criminal cases and achieved great success therein after exerting efforts, researching and dedicating himself. He is keen on following up all of his works and keeps seeking the right of his clients by the understanding and conveyance of their inner feelings so that his defense is coming from his own feelings as well.
